15 - Error when mousing over cc'd units from other players, solo play.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Mouse over any unit that has been CC'd by someone else while soloing.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I guess it won't show the timer since it might not have any idea when it got started.

What version of the product are you using?
1.1-2-g68f85b1

Do you have an error log of what happened?
