1 - Error at logon

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Log on with a low level Paladin.

Expected: no issues. Instead: error is thrown up.

Please provide any additional information below.

Two other odd things. On one logon on the above chracter, despite this being the only mod loading on a low population server, the blue "logon" bar stayed static on the right side and the logon didn't happen for over 2 minutes.

On a second logon attempt, I was disconnected immediately after the blue bar reached the right side, again with this being the only mod loading on that low population server. Something that never normally happens here.

Was testing a number of different new mods; only when this was active did the odd logon behavior occur on those two occasions.
