106 - Some items incorrectly show as "New"

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Carry "Pattern: Spellcloth" or "Formula: Enchant Shield - Major Stamina"
2. Open Bag
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Items should be in the "Recipe" category, but instead always show in the "New" category, even after reload, "Reset new items".

What version of the product are you using?

1.4.4

Do you have an error log of what happened?

N/A

No, I should have mentioned:It's been an issue since day one for me (six months?), I've just never bothered to open a ticket.

Does reverting to 1.4.3 or 1.4.2 fix this issue ?
