Changes to X-LoadOn-Delayed:
- We now clock 0.15s after FINISHING loading each addon, not 0.25s from STARTING loading them. Operation becomes smoother.
- We resolve Dependencies so we can always load them one by one, and not risking picking one that results in several loading. Operation becomes smoother. (Only hard deps, optdeps are unfortunately not available to us. Should we look at x-embeds maybe?)
