What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Installed Acherus Runes with multiple other addons, inc Xperl,cartographer, auctioneer, CT_Viewport. Viewport is used for dual-screens.
2. Saw the grapic correctly but was unable to move.
3. Changing Runic power display to bar, ect. had the same effect, I could see the handle but was unable to move the Runic Power graphic.
4. Setting the Runes portion to bar or other styles allowed me to move the Runes portion, but the Runic Power was always locked.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Acherus Runic Power would not move from the center of the screen, I could see the small "Triangle" handle to move it but clicking it had no effect. I could actually move the Rune portion by changing my Rune display from triangle to bars or other styles, but the runic power stayed locked no matter what. Changing the style back to triangle has sometimes caused the "Triangle" handle text to no longer appear.

What version of the product are you using?
1.0.3 Archerus Runes, on the 3.1.2 version of Warcraft
