59 - AceGUIWidget-TreeGroup - Ability to have TexCoords with the icon

What does the provided patch do?

Allows another attribute to be passed in for a tree element which is the iconTexCoords. If there is the iconTexCoords attribute when assigning the icon in the UpdateButton() it will use the provided co-ordinates otherwise will reset to the full size of the icon. The co-ordinates must be provided in a table with the elements in the same order as would be passed to the SetTexCoords()
