46 - Make the manual selection for range more visible

For range widgets, the slightly darker strip for letting users manually set a range isn't that noticeable, some sort of border or making the strip more visible would be helpful. Have had users complaining about it so far since they haven't noticed it, granted users aren't always the smartest.
