347 - Define color for AceConfig-3.0 Options Tables items

What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
It would be nice to have a chance to define the color of items in the AceConfig-3.0 Options Tables, e.g. for descriptions

        test = {
            type = "description",
            name ="This is my description in red",
            fontColor = {r=1.0,g=0.0,b=0.0},
            order = 1,
        },

Please provide any additional information below.
For required changes, please see attached files, here the additional option fontColor is only available for the description field, however it might also make sense for other elements

    Why do you need this when you can just color the text yourself?

        test = {
             type = "description",
             name = "|cffff0000This is my description in red|r",
         },
