122 - Game framerate loss when opening Blizz config panel

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Register this option table for use with Blizz option panel : http://www.pastey.net/134246
2. Open the Blizz option panel

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Panel is displayed correctly (although inline group border is too short) but there is a definite framerate loss. As soon as user interacts with scrollbar the framerate loss disappears

What version of the product are you using?

Do you have an error log of what happened?
No error

I cant reproduce any fps issues.

Hmmm, I run 60fps when not in combat, with this panel opened I run at 1-2 fps

Could you define "definite framerate loss"? (hint ctrl+r to see it)
