Phanx Fri, 20 Nov 2009 04:34:07AceEvent-2.0 doesn't even contain the term "MapWaterSounds" (you can verify this yourself by opening the file and searching).
The error you posted is actually caused by another addon. I have no idea what the "MapWaterSounds" cvar is/was supposed to do, so I can't help you narrow it down much. If you have a program that lets you search for text in multiple files, it will pinpoint the offending addon. Otherwise, if the error occurs consistently every time you turn in a daily quest, you can try disabling addons in batches to track it down.
