GridSmartNames is a Grid plugin that allows customization of player names, and coloring of names to match the border indicator. I created it as a project for learning Ace3 and LUA, so if I've done something particularly boneheaded in the code, that's why. To customize someone's name in your Grid display, enable Smart Names and simply add an alias.

Adds a status to Grid for tanking and survival cooldowns. Advantages over custom auras Able to show buff caster Easier to configure & manage That's about it. Spells supported Most (defensive) spells should be supported. Check the status options for the full list and to configure priorities. If you think that there is a spell missing that should be added, feel free to post a comment or open a ticket about it.

So I always wanted a little more control over the indicators inside of Grid. While using other indicator addons is great, they still didn't allow anything outside of the rigid handful of additional indicators that they added to Grid. Thus, I synthesizes a couple of the biggies and added in a limitless number of individually customizable indicators. This code is pretty rough as I am fairly new to lua and extremely new to actually distributing code I've written.

Jul 09, 2015 Release
A visual module for Grid. This is a "bad" module for Grid, because it is a little against the "Thinking of Grid". But perhaps it is just what you are looking for. This module adds small buff(debuff) icons in the Grid unit frames, just like the Blizzard RaidUI pullout buttons. There are many options to tune - size, position, layout, filter, etc. The brief difference between this mod and others, is that it doesn't need to know the name of the buff(debuff). It just shows all of them....

Rejuvenation and Germination

Feb 18, 2015 Release
Adds a status to Grid that allows tracking of Rejuvenation and Rejuvenation (Germination) in the same indicator. When both buffs are applied on the unit, this is shown in the indicator as if it had 2 stacks. The duration of the one expiring first is always shown. Note that this is mainly intended to be used with an icon indicator.
