LibChatAmbiguate

May 15, 2014 Release
UPDATE: Project cancelled due to issues with some API (e.g. CanComplainChat) requiring the full server name of the player, which this library would break. This library creates a chat filter for every single chat event. It calls Ambiguate(player, "none") to remove the server name from player names. The point of this library is to have its filters be the ones that run first, so that all subsequent filters from other addons receive the player name with the server trimmed off. This saves every...

LibChatAnims

Sep 09, 2013 Release
A library to force common FCF (Floating Chat Frame) functions to create and use animations instead of using UIFrameFlash. You need this library if: Your addon hooks the `.AddMessage` functionality of a Chat Frame to modify the output. Your addon makes use of chat event filters. (ChatFrame_AddMessageEventFilter) What will this do for my addon? If your addon does make use of one of the above 2 features, it will prevent your addon being blamed for blocking talent changes. An in-depth explanation...

LibDataBroker-1.1

Jul 22, 2009 Mature
You can find LDB’s primary repo and it’s documentation on GitHub If you have a patch, please fork on GitHub and commit there. Note to addon authors If you have a .pkgmeta Do not use an embed entry for LDB if you allow no-lib packages, your no-lib versions will not include LDB in them. Instead you should hard-embed LDB in your addon and add a “tools used” entry for “libdatabroker-1-1”. Any files packaged after that will include the relationship. If you don’t want to repack, you can edit the...

LibDispellable-1.0

Feb 07, 2014 Release
LibDispellable-1.0 aims at helping to test if the player can really dispel an enemy buff or a friend debuff. The current Blizzard implementation of cureable buff filter (“HARMFUL RAID”) does not take talents into account. There is no way to test for buffs the player can dispel on her enemies. LibDispellable-1.0 provides methods to test both defensive, taking care of healer talents for Magic dispel, and offensive dispel, using a comprehensive list of enrage effects. See the API page on...

LibDualSpec-1.0

Apr 13, 2013 Release

This allows the user to enable dual spec feature and to select the alternate profile to be enabled on talent switching. This feature is disabled by default and the user has to create the alternate profile himself/herself. Read the quick tutorial to know how to add dual spec support to your addon. There is also an API reference though it should not be very useful in most cases.

LibGroupInSpecT

Jul 18, 2014 Release
Summary A small library which keeps track of group members and keeps an up-to-date cache of their specialization, talents and glyphs. It's similar to the old LibGroupTalents/LibTalentQuery and the current LibRaidInspect libraries, but unlike the former it's actually working on 5.0, and unlike the latter it works properly in Battlegrounds. Additionally it has the feature where it communicates spec/talent/glyph updates to other LibGroupInSpecT users. This is an important point as of the writing...
