CritSounds - Critical Hit (+heals) & Killing blows.

Added in for your purposes, will update later ( very skimpy info =D ) This add on will a.) play sounds when ever a player lands a critical heal OR spell hit over a certain number (set by the player) b.) play a random sound when the player lands the final blow on a monster This is not a library, but will be using the Ace3 library. end of description

This mod doesn't really do anything directly useful; it was just an itch I wanted scratched. A few gamers may remember Bungie's amazing "Myth: The Fallen Lords" back in the mid-90s, which set the bar for small unit fantasy tactical combat (and a wonderful backstory/voiceover "feel" which imho has yet to be matched in any game since).
