A very basic addon to set your viewport, no libraries needed. I used to use Electroflux Textronator to set my viewport but as ace2 is slowly phasing out of existence I thought I would make a tiny little set and forget addon to do the job, I might have not searched enough but did not find anything suiting my needs. To help you set up your viewport, you will get a one-time only in-game message when you log in to a character. The slash commands are: /vp /viewport /viewporter The viewport setting...

Automagically update video settings based on frame rate. Based on your current frame rate, DynPerf adjusts WoW video settings: if you frame rate is under 27 FPS, it slowly decreases the settings. if you frame rate is over 27 FPS, it slowly increases the settings. The settings change rate is limited to produce smooth transitions and has some built-in inertia to prevent quick oscillations. DynPerf exports a LibDataBroker data source showing what is going on. Using a display addon (Fortress,...

TeamSqueak is a small addon which allows you to see which group members who also have this addon installed are using their Push-To-Talk button in chat programs such as TeamSpeak, VENT etc. It's different to Blizzard's voice chat window as you do not need to be in a voice-enabled chat channel in-game. You will only see those who also have TeamSqueak installed. Likewise only those with TeamSqueak will see you. On first load you will be asked to bind your Push-To-Talk button in the Key Bindings...

This mod doesn't really do anything directly useful; it was just an itch I wanted scratched. A few gamers may remember Bungie's amazing "Myth: The Fallen Lords" back in the mid-90s, which set the bar for small unit fantasy tactical combat (and a wonderful backstory/voiceover "feel" which imho has yet to be matched in any game since). Anyway, one of its well-done (albeit depressing) features was that whenever one of your units died, rather than either glossing over it or dwelling on it, a...

What does gfxToggle do? Maybe you're a gamer with a computer which is not an uber-high-end-wtfpwnz0riz0r-machine (perhaps you're gaming on a notebook?) and when you get your char into a crowded area your frames per second (FPS) drop instantly. (e.g. Ironforge, Orgrimmar, Alterac Valley) So what can you do about that? Hmm, changing the graphic-settings in WoW would be a good choice but it soon gets a pain in the butt to change it over and over, so I had the idea to code an addon that toggles...

Release |
Audio Emotes This is the "root" add-on for the various soundbites plugin packages available. This allows adding fun sound-bite audio files into WoW, for anyone that also shares the add-on. This addon works by monitoring of the public "/say" channel, so any addons that modify text in this channel, such as Eloquence, can cause compatibility problems with AEmotes. You either need to turn off these other addons, or modify their settings so they don't edit text in the public "/say" channel. By...

About Medley This addon allows you to further customize events in the game with sounds! By either using already built-in sound files or your own custom ones, you can add effects or notifications to make the game more enjoyable and/or helpful to you. :) It is named "Medley" because it fit's the definition quite nicely: "an arrangement made from a series of melodies, often from various sources." Medley was created using Ace3 libraries, Quixote 2.0 and is localization-ready. It also has a...

Advanced and Delightful Sounds, ADS for short, enables the player to have more control over the sound system. It allows to disable annoying things as the error speeches ("Spell not ready yet." or "Need more rage!") and armor damage sounds (you know, that moaning of the mobs when you crit?). It also provides an easy solution to "sanitize" the sound in WoW, just click on the "Default" button in the options UI (make sure to only reset the settings of ADS!) Why this addon? 1. The sound before TBC...
